Big Day Package


All-Day 8 Hour Event Package PLUS 4 Extra Hours to be used towards rehearsal and/or extra set-up time PLUS use of the Bridal Suite  $1,800

Monday - Friday $60/ hour 

Half Day Rental $200/ 4 hours


Pool Rental Packages

Saturday & Sunday (1:00PM – Dusk) $249/ 2 hours
Each Additional Hour:  $100.00


 
Celebration Package - Entire Facility Rental

Saturday Exclusive (1:00 – Dusk) $1,499
Sunday Exclusive (1:00 – Dusk) $1,199
All-Day Exclusive Rental (8 Hours - Saturday or Sunday) $2,500
Each Additional Hour: $250.00 

Included in all Event Center Rental Packages is the use of its:         

- 4,000 Square Foot Hall with 2,500 Square Foot Ballroom, 300 Square Foot Presentation Stage and 1,000 Square foot “Reception” Area (can be used as a bar, dessert display, small food buffet, etc.)
- One hour of set-up time Not applicable for Business Meeting/ Luncheon Rentals (you must book the necessary time, should you need more)
- Twelve - 72” round tables (seat up to 10 guests per table)
- Four - 6' rectangular tables (gifts, desserts, displays, etc.)
- One-Hundred-Twenty - White folding chairs
- Two - 75" HDTV
- 180" Projector with 8’ x 5’ screen

- Free Onsite Parking
- The Sunshine Event Center Staff – Banquet Manager + Security (at management's discretion)
- Wireless HDMI Capable Sound System
- Portable Sound System with Microphone
- Restrooms


 
Included in all Pool Rental Package is use of its:     

 
- Exclusive use of 3,200 Square Foot Pool
- Free Onsite Parking
- Twelve – 43” round tables with benches (each table seats up to 6 people)
- Thirty minutes of set-up time (you must book the necessary time, should you need more)
- Two - 6' rectangular tables (gifts, desserts, displays, etc.)
- Sunshine Swim Center Staff – Party Host + Lifeguard
- Restrooms
- Pool Toys
Additional Lifeguard (1 lifeguard required per 35 guests): $20/hour per guard


 

Deposit required to hold your date:


Event Center Rental: $250.00
Pool Party Rental: $100.00

Entire Facility Rental: $350.00
Business Luncheon or Meetings: 50% of total rental fee


 

All deposits and payment installments are non-refundable.


Should the date need to be altered, the payments can be applied to the new date as long as a new date has been set no less than:

60 days prior to the original date for an Entire Facility or Event Center Rental
7 days prior to the original date for a Pool Rental
